About the Role
As the Project Foreman at Barefoot Flooring & Installation, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day installation projects and managing the installation crew. This includes scheduling, ensuring materials are ready, monitoring work quality, and maintaining Barefoot's reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and reliability.
Requirements
Must be 18+ years old
Legal to work in the U.S. (proof required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Leadership experience and strong communication skills
Knowledge of flooring installation methods and job site coordination
Ability to manage schedules, team workflow, and uphold high-quality standards
