We are searching for trustworthy and capable flooring installers to join our growing company. . You will lay down a variety of floor materials based on our client’s specifications, including vinyl tile/planking, sheet vinyl, and carpet tile/planking and broadloom carpet. Other job duties include demolition and removal of existing flooring, transporting materials and equipment, cleaning and preparing the floor surfaces, and applying solvents when necessary. Our company works with large and small residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You must be proficient in using standard hand and power tools and familiar with different aspects of flooring installation. We prefer candidates with experience BUT we can train you if you have a passion to start a new career.
To be successful as a flooring installer, you should possess the ability to deliver high-quality work within short but reasonable turnaround times. A remarkable flooring installer will recommend ways to improve workflow without sacrificing craftsmanship.
